COUNTRY CODE CHANGED IN KOSOVO

Kosovo has changed country code officially, until now it was using Slovenia +386 and Monaco +377 codes, now it has its own country code, KOSOVO code +383. Apple still doesn't recognize the new code, and every user is having trouble receiving verification code via phone numbers, and their apple accounts are locked. Does anyone has any ideas what to do, besides contacting apple support who are not professional and don't care for any of their users?

This is after weeks of attempts with apple support, they say they cant reach me on my phone number, of course you cant reach me, you have to use the new are code, which is official in the world. :(

Problem is that i had a working phone no, and now i cant change it. But we in Kosovo always had problems with apple, sometimes i think they are not owned by USA, their owner must be a Russian, since USA has recognized Kosovo as country long time ago, only Russia and their friends didn’t. When we open an account in apple we have to choose Albania since Kosovo is not listed, the most ridicules issue is with apple weather app, it doesn't show any of our cities, all other weather apps show it.
