why can't I add a stop on my trip on maps?

why can't I add a stop on my trip on maps? Googlemaps and waze gives you to the ability to add 1 stop on your trip. Why can't apple maps do that? As an iphone owner i use Google maps and waze to travel everywhere. that's annoying but necessary because 1) i can see real time traffic and report any events along the way if possible in waze. 2) i can see the speed limit everywhere in waze and google maps sometimes. 3) i can at least add one stop on my trip in either waze or googlemaps. 4) i can skip or replay my music from google maps without having to swith between apple music and maps. if Apple maps wants to at least keep up with competitor, at least add the ability to add 1-3 stops on a trip. Then worry about other features later. who wouldn't love to add a stop on a trip or control their playlist from the map or seeing speed limit on maps when not visible on the road or report events such as closed roads or accidents or traffic etc....

You are not speaking to Apple here. Whether we as other users want something or not, we all have the same ability to send feedback to Apple. This is a user to user support forum and Apple does not participate here. I use Apple Maps in my car with CarPlay and see the speed limit for all roadways that report it. That information comes from GIS data supplied by the DOT of the state you are driving in. If you are interested in the features, then do like we all do, send Apple feedback.
