My sons iPhone 7 which we bought in feb this yr. unfortunately the screen keeps jumping up and down before u put ur password or fingerprint to open it . Why is this happening

Hard to say, but you can try this for troubleshooting, Get help with the display on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support or make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple Store to have Apple examine the device.
