when I try to update my iPhone 7 it downloads the update but can’t install it.it says I’m no longer connected to internet even tho I am .i tried to get service on my phone bought plans and everything but it won’t work cause it’s says your iPhone needs a update to use cellular data

You need to solve the problem you already had first. Connect your iPhone to your computer, make sure you have at least iTunes version 12.9.4 and restore or update your iPhone.
If you are seeing the message in this article: If you see a Cellular Update Failed or Apple Pay Not Available alert after iOS update or restart - Apple Support rather than showing No Service or Searching in the top left you can ignore the repair program.
