During a regular call, the microphone works perfectly.
However, during a whatsapp call, the microphone doesn’t work.
Interestingly, when i switch to the loudspeaker, it starts working.
Can anyone come up with a solution? Thanks in advance.

The reason why i created this thread here is because I thought it does not necessarily have to be related to the software. I thought iPhone settings or hardware might be the reason as you stated the software would be. Yet thanks anyway for the suggestion, it is worth trying.
