I have big Apple ID problems!!

How do I change the Apple ID on my iPhone, Mac, Apple Watch, iPod, etc to a different Apple ID but keep all my apps and progress, but the problem is that my Apple ID is signed in on someone else's phone that I do not have access to and I want that phone to be disconnected from my Apple ID and don't forget I want my Apple ID changed on all "my" devices, all help accepted!!
