No, Apple will not assist in finding the previous owner.

As a participant in Apple Support Communities, I do not represent Apple, but I can verify that you will never be able to use that Apple Watch.

No, only the previous owner will be able to "unlock" the watch. Can you contact the previous owner?

If I send s/n and all screen from this auction, confirmation that it is impossible to find the owner and the fact that the clock was bought officially.You could remove lock in service or not ?
