earpiece problem

i have iphone X and earpiece speaker and front microphone not working correctly.

sound is very very low and just hear in a quiet place and on music or videos sound play by left speaker rather than same problem with front mic, my voice not recording during front cameras video and siri cant hear me

I was done all solutions, cleaning earpiece, restart, check bluetooth and headphone jack even I restore my phone as a new device to 12.3.2 and waiting for another version but still not working

so its a hardware issue?
