Apple Cash / new phone

I recently got a new replacement phone because my rear camera was broken. Why didn’t my apple Cash balance come over to the new phone? And how do I get it back?

apple balance returned Apple has been keeping my own loaded cash from apple balance hostage and sending me on loop after loop. I first thought that the 'load apple balance on the i phone would load a "apple PAY' but I was wrong. after O had already loaded up $1900.00 of all of my money. Where did my Apple Cash balance go? A couple of years ago I received $800+ through Apple Cash. It seemed handy to leave that in my iPhone Wallet, but I never used it. Now that balance seems to be gone. If I click on Apple Cash in the Wallet app it just says "set up now," with no balance listed. Will doing a new set up wipe out my existing balance? I don't remember what I did initially to receive the money in the first place. Maybe I never did set-up an account but was able to receive the payment just by being logged in to my phone with the fingerprint i.d. or whatever. So maybe Apple just wants more of an account set-up now, and if I do it my previous balance will still be there. But before I try that I'd like to know I'm not wiping out my existing balance. Silly of me not to make sure I could access the money and my Apple Cash transaction records from somewhere besides my phone. Can I find my Apple Cash account through iTunes? The Apple support pages I am seeing only say that I can access Apple Cash through my phone or through an iPad (which I don't have), but shouldn't I be able to access it through iTunes as well?

If you signed in with the same Apple ID on the new device it should be there in a few days. You can use this link if it does not show up - Apple Pay - Official Apple Support
