Hello,

Which model of Apple Pencil and iPad do you have? Most likely you will need to plug in the Apple Pencil through the Lightning connector under the Apple Pencil’s cap into the Lightning port of the iPad. Your iPad will now prompt you to pair the Apple Pencil.
