How to turn up or down the volume via Airpods without using Siri. Thought about it ?

If you don't want to touch the device, then you need to use Siri.
You can activate Siri directly from the Airpods by double tapping one Airpod, and then issuing a command.
If you don't want to use Siri, then you need to use the paired device.
