Unable to complete purchase

I've started playing a new iOS game. When I go to make in-app purchases, it works maybe once a week. I usually receive a message that informs me a purchase could not be completed, that it fails due to being unable to connect to iTunes store.


I've reviewed my payment methods, even added some funds to the Apple wallet. It still fails.

I see that, from time to time when you try to make a purchase, you get a timed out message and the purchase fails because you're not connected with the iTunes Store. I'm glad to help.


If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or Apple Books -- This article provides the information and steps that you need when you're having difficulty connecting with the iTunes Store.
