Unlocking IPad with ITunes

My iPad Mini has been disabled and it says I need to use Apple iTunes to unlock it. Please assist.

You will have to connect it to a computer's iTunes : If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
