Payment method

This payment method cannot be used in iTunes !!! It was accepted before but not anymore , why ?

i saw all of your replies to other people yet you didn’t answer their questions !! I asked why was it not accepted !! If declined that means there is no money or that particular payment method is not available in ones country!!! Tell me exactly why this time is not accepted

What is or isn't accepted by iTunes can change over time, there is no guarantee that a particular card will continue to work. If you have another card that instead.

You know that I'm just a fellow user !! obviously won't know why that particular card is no longer accepted by iTunes !!
