How to buy app from a different country with an active Apple Music subscription

Hello everyone,

I would like to subscribe to Apple Music and share it with my family. I grew up in France and bought some apps in the French AppStore. Since few years, I moved to Switzerland.

For some useful apps not available in the French AppStore, I used to change my Store country to Switzerland, download the app and set back my AppStore to France.

Before subscribing to Apple Music, I called Apple Support to make sure there is no region lock policy in place. And there is one: you cannot change Store country with an active Apple Music subscription.

So, the solution provided by the Support is:

1. Change my Apple Music subscription from Family to Personal;
2. Cancel my Apple Music subscription and wait for the end of month;
3. Change the AppStore country to Switzerland;
4. Download / update my Switzerland locked apps;
5. Change back my AppStore country to France;
6. Subscribe again to Apple Music with Family sharing.

And in this tedious process, there is a important probability for me to lose all my Apple Music playlists...

So, I am here to ask you if you have any idea for a solution more user-friendly.

Are some of you used to download apps from another country by another process?
