Help! I cannot download Apple Music App on my phone or I Pad. In order to reach my subscription, I have to go to APP, search and open. This is so annoying I plan to cancel my subscription. What more needs to be said? There is no Apple Music App on my phone or my I Pad. I've tried repeatedly to down the app with no luck. In order to use Apple Music, I have to go to the APP feature, search, and open. This is very annoying and I will cancel my subscription though I do love Apple Music, unless you can help me add the Apple Music App.

Apple Music when I go to app store to download it says open. I press open and then this appears “Certain apps, features, or services can’t be seen or used when restrictions are on. To use this app, turn off restrictions.” ive turned on then back off restrictions with no success.
