iMac stuck on apple logo and won’t boot
My iMac is stuck on the apple logo and says it’s all finished but the apple logo is still there and the bar is fully loaded

If it will not startup when you select the hard drive, start over and select the internet connection. If and when it starts up in Internet Recovery, use that Utility to reinstall macOS.
Sadly If it will not startup in recovery or install macOS, then you need to make a service appointment at your locale Apple Authorized Service Provider.

What year model is the iMac?
If your using a wireless keyboard that is not connected or working, then you need to use a USB keyboard. Plus if it's older iMac that came with install disc's, then you will need to use those original disc's to install OS X.
I’ve tried that, as it didn’t work I’ve tried erasing it on find my Mac but that didn’t do anything to it.
Right but that’s where I get stuck at.
I use a USB keyboard and I don’t know what year it is, all I know is it’s a iMac
I’m not at home right now
Right I see Macintosh hd with a hard drive simple and arrows to it and internet connection
So where is internet recovery? I can’t see it.
Now the Mac is all done with it’s booted up on factory settings 😀 thanks for the help!
Try resetting the SMC, as per > How to reset the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac - Apple Support
Then try starting up in Safe Mode as described in my first post.
If it doesn't startup in Safe Mode, you might try holding the Alt (option) key and see if it will open the Startup Manager.
If it will not do either, then you need to make an appointment at your local Apple Store or AASP.
