How do I find other devices on screen mirror?

The Screen Mirroring menu will show all devices within bluetooth range or on the same wifi network that you can mirror to. There's nothing you need to do there.
If a specific device you are looking for does not appear in the menu, make sure its correctly connected to the same Wifi network as your iPhone or that it supports mirroring over bluetooth directly.
