WatchOS 5.3 update

Since updating my watch yesterday, the activity tracker has stopped. Any ideas how to fix it?

My activity tracker on my watch has stopped working. No matter what I try to do, it no longer tracks my steps at all, even if I set a workout. Nothing shows up. Been using it for many years so I'm really missing it... How can I get the tracker to work again? Is there a way to reset it without losing all my activity history? Please help...

Try uninstalling...then reinstalling the Activity app. Make sure your iPhone is at IOS 12.4. If still not behaving, reset your watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both.
