Phone was stolen

My ex stole my iphone and is now trying to get it unlocked

If you had a passcode on it and 2 factor authentication on it, he can’t get into it. See here for what to do now: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201472

I would also call the police to report the theft.

He was still able to get into the account at a best buy location. Hes not changed all the info in the phone.
