your account has been disabled in the app store and itunes. please help

After I has made some purchases on apple store by accident, i removed my credit card from the payment of the App store and Iturn. Now I can no longer even download my old purchased apps. everytime this message appear. what can i do to correct this. Please help. my phone is iPhone 6s. Thanks
