Anyone figured out a way to run Hulu on 10.7? I’ve tried safari, chrome, and Firefox. Some will run the initial Hulu screens but then the episode won’t play.
Try Waterfox Web browser, instead.
The most recent released version still supports OS X 10.7.5 Lion.
This Mac can’t make a secure network connection, and that’ll cause problems.
This Mac also doesn’t support HTML5, which’ll cause problems.
Load Linux into a partition or as a guest, and see if that works better. This if you can find a VM that’ll work this far back.
We’re all getting dragged forward by network inter-operations and security, whether we want that to happen or not.
Time to buy a more modern machine.
Believe me, I’ve maxed it out. It’s a late 2006 MacBook 🤣
It literally does everything I need it to do so I can’t justify trashing it or paying a bunch for a new Mac. Usually I can find a workaround with any issue that comes up. Worst case, I just use my TV or tablet to play Hulu. Was hoping someone found a fix for it though.
My computer maxes out with OS 10.7. I can’t go any higher :/
What is the year and model of your Mac?
Why not just upgrade the OS on your machine?
