I have a used iPhone 5c, it is still on the old software iOS 10.3.3 how do I update it? it telles me my software is up to date and I can not set it up automatically
is there an option to acces my files from the iCloud

Your device can't support iOS versions beyond 10.3.4.
That's due to hardware-software compatibility.
