when trying to setup the ecg app in new iwatch series 4, i get this error. on iphone( unable to confirm your location. make sure your iphone is not in airplane mode and has a working sim card to proceed. all my other apps can find my location and work just fine.

In your iPhone go to Settings....tap on Privacy....next tap on Location Devices....scroll down to "Health" make sure it's on (I have mine set to "while Using". If that doesn't correct it call Apple Support....https://www.apple.com/contact/
after pressing continue to sync with iphone, error--can not confirm location on iphone and will go no further in setup
