icloud lock out?
I just got a phone call saying my icloud account has been locked. I believe this was just a spam call but I want to make sure. Has my account been locked?

Only you can answer that question. Can you sign in to iCloud.com?
Apple does not call out without being asked to. They do not proactively monitor iCloud and reach out if there are issues.
