Any and all cameras, including cell phone or smart phone cameras, made and shipped intended for original retail sale in Japan or South Korea are required by the laws in those countries to always make the shutter sound. The model number doesn’t matter. All that matters is that the iphone leaves the FoxConn factory I’m China intended for original retail sale by Apple or their authorized sellers in Japan or S. Korea. If it is part of such a production run, it will be configured to always make the shutter sound.

You cannot buy a retail new camera device in Japan or S. Korea that has the capacity to disable the shutter sound. Those counties have national consumer laws that disallow the importation and sale of such products that allow for the shutter sound to be disabled.

Okay my last question how do i know where's my phone from, and I'm buying new one soon so how can i know if that version silents the shutter sound or not without opening the box cause the shop won't let me open it for sure, is there something on the back of the box that can tell?

Buy a phone from an authorized retailer in your country.
