iPhone XR doesn’t go to a new website

Sometimes when I using safari, I type in a website, hit return and the screen goes blank, Like it doesn’t know what to do. Very strange!

When I type in a web address, the screen goes blank and back to the front page of my iPad. Why? When I type in a web address through Safari it will pull up the company and the screen will go blank and goes back to the front page of my iPad. Why is this?

Hi, go to settings>safari>advanced>website data>remove all data.
