More than two years ago my Apple ID was hacked, the hacker changed my security questions and rescue email with the exception of my email( for the account) and my birthday. Now it has been more than 2 years, and i still can't find a way to get my account back, can anyone help me get my account back please?!?

Take this case into the Apple Store and work with Apple Store’s Staff face-to-face. Like Eric Root said above, provide information that this is your account.
I have tried this option multiple times and was unsuccessful, even tried showing them my app purchases recipt. Though it was all in vain, and I still couldn’t and can’t get it back to this day.
