See the Remove a device from list section.

Apple ID device list -Check to see where you‘re signed in

Once you have removed the device(s), I suggest you change your password.

What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support I suggest doing this before you change your Apple ID or password.

Connected how ? Do you mean via Bluetooth (Settings > Bluetooth) ? Or that you have other devices logged into your iTunes/iCloud account ?
