Charged twice for iCloud storage
I have upgraded my iCloud storage to 200GB and paying £2.49/per month but I have noticed in bank statement that I am being charged twice in a month

If you are being charged for the same iCloud storage twice contact Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
