FaceApp from App Store

Downloaded the app, tried to use it less than 3 days and deleted. But before that I confirmed the subscription for first free 3 days and then for 19,99$ per year.

After I deleted this app, in few days app tried to get payment from my credit card there was not enough money. Then I did some actions in Settings to disable the app to demand yearly subscription payment but it vain!

i tried to cancel the subscription in the App Store, but there no active button near this subscription to do it.

Can anybody help with this?

Have you looked at the account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support ? Do you owe iTunes for the current subscription period and that is what iTunes is trying to collect ?

If the free trial was three days you should have stopped the auto-renewal within two days (i.e. more than 24 hours prior to its renewal date) if you didn't want it to renew, and not waited until after it had already renewed. As you've now stopped it you won't be charged $19.99 again, but obviously you owe for the current year.

What does your screenshot say, does it say the subscription will expire ? If it does you've stopped it from auto-renewing again.

You can try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will cancel it, but purchases are considered final as you know : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
