How do I download the App Store app onto my new iPad Pro?

The App Store app is built-in, it can't be deleted so can't be redownloaded. If you can't find it check to see if you've hidden it via Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Installing Apps set to 'Don't Allow'
