How can I change what my name is to the people that view the email I sent them , when I send an email it shows my mothers name instead of mine and I need to change it to mine and I do not know how to do that.

Are you sending an iCloud email using an address from the Apple ID you are using? Are you and your mother sharing an Apple ID that she set up? If the answer is yes to both questions, you need to get your own Apple ID.
