I can not update my iPhone 6s Plus to iOS 12.4, I have enough space to download it someone else please

What error message do you get?

Instead of updating it wirelessly, you can do it using a computer running iTunes latest version. If you don't have a computer, borrow one from your friends, or ask for help at an Apple Store or AASP: Apple – Location Selector
