I am getting fraud for something I am not buying on iTunes

I am getting fraud for something am not buying on iTunes, is has done a 150 bill which I don’t use iTunes and never have and I am not even signed in to it , I don’t know what to do since I haven’t had this done to me before I’ve been to the bank loads of times as well as the apple shop can use please help me

Check your purchase history:

See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

If it isn't there then it is phishing.
