How do I contact Apple to talk about my app idea because I want them to have it first and make the world better and trust me they and me will get awards I just need to talk to them

I have a app that trying to create but in my app in the down load of my app I need Apple ID to put in it when it’s down loaded and also there age !! Is this possible for me and in app aswell it need to b able to stop pictures getting through when my app is downloaded only pictures that can is parent goes in app settings and clicking on contacts then numbers and name who can be sent to and sent from do u understand
so basically on camera settings!!
