iPad Camera Not Working

Hello,

I have a problem with my iPad Pro 2018 11": When I turn on any application that involves the camera, it just won't turn on.

I tried resetting it and everything that it on the internet, without succeeding. Plus, one day I brought it to an apple store, and it worked really well (and they might've think that I'm dumb lol), but when I tried again at home, it was the same: Not working.

The front facing camera works, it's the back camera that is displaying a black screen.

What should I do?

Try the suggestions in this link: If the camera on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working - Apple Support

I'd also add step 4: Reboot:

To do so:

Press and quickly release volume up button

Then press and quickly release volume down button

Then press and keep holding the power button (keep holding past the swipe to shut down) until you see the Apple Logo, then let go

Since you say the front camera works, you couldn't have turned the camera off in Screen Time, so no, I don't have any suggestions other than to take it back to your Apple Store Genius Bar for another look. It might be an intermittent issue, which being jostled in a car ride gave a temporary fix.
