Activation error
My Ipad reset itself and will not allow me to activate it again, it says Activation error and to try again
iPad Air 2 Wi-Fi

You will need to reach out to some friends or family if they would let you use their Macintosh or Windows PC with the latest version of iTunes installed.
How can we restore it and update the next version of ios without an apple Mac or Itunes? Is this possible?
