Are you being sure to enter your credit card's 3 digit code?

I am familiar with the whole KB article, but users see that they can create a new Apple ID because of the first section and that's pretty much all they read.
Which is why I never link to that any more, unless it is someone who says that they are asking for a friend or relative who doesn't have a CC.
Obviously anyone who can post here has an Apple ID. Although plenty have sworn that they didn't! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I removed the credit card details
You can only remove a credit card if you replace it with another payment method.
Why would you tell someone who has an Apple ID how to create another, even if it doesn't require a credit card.
Multiple Apple IDs create chaos in a user's life!
If you look at the first link I posted and read more than the title, you would see the second section is: If you already have an Apple ID
I wasn't suggesting they create a new ID.
