Camera app not working on my iPhone XS

My camera app won’t let me take any videos, it immediately freezes and the screen is all blurry. Is it only me?

Camera freezes when I open video I have an iPhone XR and when I go to take a video, the screen freezes and gets blurry. I have restarted and I have plenty of room on my phone. Any thoughts on a fix?
