Help getting back into iTunes and app store

I had an account for years now all of a sudden it says my my account has been discontinued, how can I restore my subscription?

Discontinued or disabled? If disabled, contact Apple support. See: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
