Showing "No Service" on My IPhone 8

Hello,

I buy original iPhone 8 when I buy it to check all IMEI info and it's said not blacklisted or blocked,

when I put my SIM card there is showing "No Service", but on other iPhone sim card working perfectly.

I have full access to my iPhone, but can't call, use the mobile network and sent a message.

Can you tell what can I do?
