I would like to create a slideshow in Photo, and would like the photos to appear in the sequence I have arranged them. I have tried the different types of sorting, but process does not produce what I want. I have tried listing them numerically and sorting by title, but that doesn't help. Can anyone direct in the right direction?

When in the slideshow creation and editing mode the Export button is in the upper right hand corner of what window. When you click on it you'll get a Save window where you can select any location of your choice:

What problem is that? How much free space do you have on your boot drive?
Where is your library located? If on an external HD how is that drive formatted and connected to your iMac.
When you click on the Export button while in the slideshow mode what happens?
Thanks for the reply. I can create a slideshow for my computer using the Ken Bern's effect, etc.. I want to create a slideshow to export and post online. There's were my problem occurs.
But while I'm asking; is there anyway to save the Ken Burn's effect and export it for other uses? That would be fabulous.
I got the regular Create Slideshow to work correctly and then was able to export it to my Desktop for future use.
My next question was: can you export the Ken Burn's or Origami slideshows; r are they just played on my computer?
This is not an iMac 2012 and later. This is an iMac 2010 running OS 10.13.6
Yes. Any theme you use will export as a movie file for use elsewhere.
I'm lost. I can Play the theme slideshow, but I don't see were it's a saved file; and/or were I can export it like a regular slideshow. How do you save it and then export it?
