You will need to reach out to Apple. No one here can send you anything as we are all users on this forum.

Use the Contact Support button at the top of this page or schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for assistance.

No one here is going to send you anything and Apple isn't going to send you anything for free, either.

You have signed up into a largely Apple product user to user technical support community.

We are all just everyday Apple product users, just like you.

We cannot do anything for you in regards to a battery or hardware problem.

If your iPad needs a battery replacement, you need to take your iPad to an Apple Store or authorised reseller of Apple products.

If Apple deteremines that your iPad has a battery issue, Apple will replace the iPad for the cost of the battery replacement cost.

An out-of-warranty battery replacement for iPads costs $99 U.S.D., plus tax.

Best of Luck to You!

Just to add on.

If the battery is prematurely degrading, Apple or an AASP may replace it under warranty. The nominal rating is that it should be at 80% battery health when reaching 1000 full charge-discharge cycles. It should be eligible for a warranty replacement if it's below 80% when run on Apple's diagnostic, unless it has achieved more than 1000 cycles.

In order to qualify for a battery or warranty service, it will need to be in good physical condition without any damage to the screen and no major dents or cosmetic damage.

Apple doesn't specifically replace individual iPad batteries for users and return the same device. It's done as a battery replacement service where the entire device is exchanged for a replacement device that has a new battery. Then the returned device goes to a central facility to be refurbished, which includes a new battery. With this in mind the user has to back up the device before bringing it in for the battery service.
