Resetting passcode

I have two iPhones both under the same iCloud account. Is there a way I can reset the passcode to one of them that I’m locked out of from the other phone when using my iCloud or iTunes account?

The passcode is stored only on the phone, so unlike web logins such as iCloud there is no way of retrieving it. Your only option is to erase the phone. Please see If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
