Can’t turn off call forwarding or call waiting on iPhone (7plus)

Finally a solution after 4 calls, 1-trip to Simply MAC, 1-trip to Apple store and 7 days of inability to receive calls on iPhone....”DISABLE THE CALL FORWARD FEATURE and ADD IT BACK”....

First ATT customer service managers: EVERY rep should know this resolution and try on “first”call in BEFORE bothering tech support. Your customer should NOT have to research community forums to get a resolution. I cannot remember the users name but I found my resolution on a forums/ATT and called tech support and it was INSTANTLY resolved after all this (see pix). I love my apple products and my ATT but listen to your customers. Tighten up customer service. And, Thanks iPhone user community.
