email issues

can't receive email on new iphone xs. email uses POP server that phone refuses to recognize. help

Who is your email provider? If it is not listed among the automatic connections, you need to set up your email account manually. See these support guides:

Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

and/or

If you can’t send or receive emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Ask also your email provider to help you, if needed.
