When I restart my macbook I get a message that Microsoft Office is 32-bit and needs to be updated to 64-bit before the next Mojave update. How do I do this? Do I need to purchase another Microsoft Office Program?

Apparently you do, because the current version of Microsoft Office has been 64 bit for quite some time. It would help if you identified your version of Office.

You will need to purchase MS Office 2016, 2019 or 365 (subscription).
