Use: DHCP

If this is for a home network, simply use DHCP as your network setup. Using IPv4, every time a device connects, it will just assign a new IP address; there should be no IP Address conflicts.

So, go into the default gateway (open: Safari > use: 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 as the domain name > login to the router > modify the setting to DHCP (however it is performed). If you are not familiar with configuring this, I recommend you have a specialist set this up and configure it.
