iPhone 7 plus battery draining

I’ve noticed since the most recent iOS update that the battery on my 7 plus will drain quickly. I’ve adjusted the screen & battery usage, notifications, usage options for apps, etc., & am still noticing it will drain quickly.

Has this happened to anyone else? Any idea of a solution??
